I've been teaching yoga for nine years and currently manager the CorePower Yoga Westminster studio. I am certified in vinyasa yoga, a variation of hot yoga, and yin yoga. I grew up as a dancer and fill my classes with energetic sequences that will have you flowing all around your mat. My classes focus on opening your heart, finding gratitude, and being thankful for all that you have been given. Through asanas (yoga postures) and breath work, you will work on letting go of what isn't serving you so you can open yourself up to new possibilities. All the techniques you learn on your mat can be transferred to your every day life. It's not magic, but it's pretty darn close. Added bonus, you will get a kick ass workout while we flow to some real fun tunes!
