YOGA

I've been teaching yoga for eight years and am certified in vinyasa yoga, a variation of hot yoga, and yin yoga. Through asanas (yoga postures) and breath work, you will work on letting go of what isn't serving you so you can open yourself up to new possibilities. All the techniques you learn on your mat can be transferred to your every day life. Added bonus, you will get a kick ass workout while we flow to some real fun tunes!
